In order to return an item, a "Return Authorization Number" must be obtained by calling or emailing Discount Skatewear. Any item returned without authorization will either be refused or a store credit will be issued less 15% for Re-Stocking.

Discount Skatewear will NOT except for return any item that:
- Is returned after 30 DAYS of being shipped by us.
- Is not in its original packaging or is missing item numbers or size tags
- Has been worn, damaged or soiled
- Has been subjected to smells (Ex: Animals, Smoke, Body Odor, Exhaust)
- Has been modified in any way
- Custom Orders
- Crystalled or decorated items
- Has writing or marking on the box or packaging
Any product or item returned 30 Days after being shipped or that has been damaged, soiled, worn or not in original packaging will be discarded and will not be returned to you, regardless of any Return Authorization Number. To enable you to return any item it must be in the exact same condition as we shipped it to you, return instructions MUST be followed.
All items returned will be subject to a Re-Stocking fee of 15% of the purchase price.
Custom orders are final sales. We will not accept returns for any reason. *In situations of defects or flaws Pro's Edge Sports will fix or replace the custom item. All incurred charges will be appropriated on a situational basis.
"Custom" constitutes orders made especially for you...size, color, decor, CRYSTALING etc. Crystaling is done by hand and may vary from picture this is not an allowable claim for flaw or defect.. Dresses are made based on the size specifications published by the appropriate manufacturer. Custom Dresses that do not fit is not allowable claim for flaw or defect.
Discount Skatewear will not be responsible for any shipping charges incurred by the purchaser when returning items for any reason.
NOTE: Returns will be processed within 7 business days of their return receipt. Once a Credit card refund is issued, it takes 3-5 business days for the credit card companies to post the refund to your account.
Tips for Return Approval:
- Remove all makeup, hairspray, glitter, lipstick
- Do not stretch on any item that is to small
- Do not pull items on over your shoes or skates
- Wear undergarments
- Do not walk around on the soles or blades (you may crease the boots or damage the soles)
- Make sure your hands and feet are clean and dry before putting it inside skates, Imprints will be left if your foot is dirty or damp
- Try on with tights or socks
- Do not tear or destroy packaging, use scissors and make a clean cut to open package, so that an item could be re-sold in the same package.
10 Day Service is a feature offered by some manufacturers where your order needs to be made and is going to take 3-4 weeks for standard production. 10 Day service is not guaranteed to you in 10 days and the charge is NOT REFUNDABLE. This charge is paid directly to the manufacturer for the expedited service. "10 Day" refers to 10 Business days.
